Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, and Roger Federer have individually won more slams, the largest tennis tournaments, than all of their competitors combined.
Federer started winning the earliest of the Big 3, winning his first slam in 2003.
Over time Nadal and Djokovic caught up to Federer and eventually surpassed his slam total of 20.
Currently, Djokovic leads the Big 3 with 23 slams.
Each playing surface has its own playing conditions. Djokovic and Federer are commonly seen as all-around players, while Nadal excels on clay.
Djokovic boasts a winning record against both Federer and Nadal when all surfaces are considered.
